Innofidei in Mass Production of Chipset Using Cosmic Circuits Linear Regulator IPApril 201, 2011 -- Cosmic Circuits Pvt., Ltd. announced today that Innofidei, Inc., a China-based IC and system solutions provider has realized mass production success on its chipset by licensing Cosmic Circuits' linear regulator IP. The linear regulator IP is implemented in 65-nm CMOS from TSMC, and the low die size and quiescent current helped in overall reduction of BoM costs and extending battery life of the SOC. Innofidei has leveraged Cosmic' s ability to customize and support effectively, while benefiting from the certainty that Cosmic' s silicon-validated analog IP brings to SOC development.
