QuickLogic provides three silicon solutions: embedded standard products (ESPs), application specific standard products (ASSPs) and FPGAs. The company's ESPs are a single-chip solution that combine the performance and lower cost of standard ICs with the flexibility and time-to-market benefits of programmable logic. A range of ASSPs for processor, memory interfacing and bus-bridging functions complements QuickLogic's ESPs. These devices, together with their available reference development boards and software support, provide complete plug and play design solutions. The ASSPs include the V350/360 and 363 EPC, V370PDC and V320USC families.
The performance of QuickLogic's ESPs is based on the company's ViaLink metal-to-metal interconnect technology. The company currently offers four families of FPGA products including Eclipse and pASIC 3, pASIC 2 and pASIC 1.
QuickLogic's ESPs, ASSPs and FPGA devices are supported by a comprehensive set of hardware and software development tools. These include the fully integrated QuickWorks design development software package, hardware-based reference development boards with software drivers, and device programming hardware and software. Embedded functions are standard with our ESP devices and complementary soft IP functions are available through the QuickCORE program. Turnkey design services are also available and are provided through the QuickDR design resource service.
