Bosch Licenses videantis Multi-Standard Video IP

March 27, 2012 -- videantis GmbH has signed a license agreement with Robert Bosch Car Multimedia GmbH for IP from videantis' programmable low-power video engine family including an up-gradeable multi-standard video codec portfolio. Bosch will deploy videantis' technologies in SOCs targeting in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) solutions. Under the terms of the licensing arrangements, videantis receives license fees and royalty revenues on SOCs incorporating videantis' IP.
